2025 Release

Fourth in a five part sherry series, the whisky has been matured for four years in bourbon casks followed by six years in fino sherry casks.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: The latest release in our sherry series opens with notes of blood orange, brandy snaps, vanilla custard and tinned fruits.

Palate: Notes of cinnamon sugar, fresh mint, praline, morello cherries and lemon curd emerge on the palate.

Finish: Notes of key lime, cola bottles and maple syrup round off this dram.

"Fino can be very specific, and its influence is relatively mild compared to say, Oloroso or Pedro Ximénez. That's a good thing here. It might have added to the saline character, but left plenty of room for Springbank's DNA to shine." - Words of Whisky (88 Points)
