Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Crystal clear.

Aroma: Bread and cookie dough with overripe banana, vegetal, caramel and toasted brazil nuts. Not as pungent as some other brands of cachaca.

Taste: Bready with almost minty freshness, buttery nuts, cookie dough, caramel, white peppery spice and faint vegetal notes. Fairly subdued and without the pronounced grassiness of some.

Aftertaste: Lingering white pepper spice, cookie dough and faint breadiness.
