Pinhook 10 Year Old WHA Vertical Series Single Barrel Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750mL

This is the first time Pinhook has offered a single barrel from its aged bourbon program exclusively for Australia.

Hand-selected by WHA's Brock Tregellas and TWL's Scott Allan, alongside our guests on the 2025 Top Shelf Kentucky Tour.

During our visit to Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, we had the rare opportunity to taste and select a barrel from Pinhook's aged Vertical Series.

Unlike our previous 5 Year Old Pinhook single barrel, which was produced using Pinhook's own distillate, this 10 Year Old comes from the legendary MGP stocks that form the foundation of the Vertical Series.

It's not every day you get the opportunity to select a double-digit aged MGP bourbon, let alone one from such a limited and closely followed collection.

And here's the kicker. This barrel won't be available in the United States. We've already upset a few American bourbon collectors who are trying to figure out how to get bottles shipped back over there!

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Dark chocolate and cacao nibs, cooked peaches, hazelnut, toffee caramel, subtle oak and a clean-burning wood fire.

Palate: Dry tobacco, cinnamon, liquorice, charcoal, cacao, soft leather and raspberry jam.
