The Kilkerran 'Heavily Peated' is an annual, Limited Edition release, distilled at the Glengyle Distillery in Campbeltown. The eighth batch of this highly popular expression was released in 2023. It has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at cask strength.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Slightly mineral, with peat smoke apparent from the outset and a malty, cereal note.

Palate: Orchard fruits, apple blossom and poached pear notes emerge, and the peat smoke becomes more prominent on the palate in notes of campfire embers.

Finish: A long, sweet finish concludes this heavily peated dram.
