Matured in American oak sherry and bourbon casks, the Leif Eriksson bottling is a balance of bright fruit, warming spice, and gentle peat, a tribute to a fearless history, with all the smoothness of Highland Park’s signature style.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Lively and layered. Sweet vanilla, fresh pineapple, heather honey, and a breeze of coastal smoke. There’s a vibrancy here, like the air after a spring rain on the Orkney cliffs.

Palate: Smooth and refined. Notes of red apple, citrus peel, nutmeg, and crème brûlée roll through a silky texture with a whisper of peat smoke and toasted oak.
