Stefani Estate’s Heathcote Shiraz is sourced from selected Heathcote vineyards and hand harvested to ensure optimal flavour development and fruit quality. The wine matures in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barriques for an extended period, building complexity and integrating tannin structure while preserving varietal and regional character. Heathcote’s renowned ancient Cambrian soils contribute to the wine’s depth, concentration and longevity. The wine is been crafted for both immediate enjoyment and medium-term cellaring, with an expected drinking window of up to 10 years.

Deep ruby red in colour, the 2020 Heathcote Shiraz displays aromas of red and dark stone fruits, cherry, plum and blackberry layered with notes of bramble, spice, white pepper and subtle cacao. The palate is rich, textured and generously flavoured, showing dark berry fruits, savoury spice and integrated oak influence. Mature tannins provide structure and balance, while the finish is long, velvety and persistent, reflecting the power and elegance for which Heathcote Shiraz is known.
